House washing is done by performing our soft washing service which offers an alternative to pressure washing that is safer for your home. For one, the water pressure used is way lower than typical pressure washing. This means it is not the pressure of the water that is cleaning your home’s surface. Instead, we use an algaecide treatment mixed in with the water that we spray the house with. This soft wash solution dissolves and removes any bacterial and/or microbial growth while preventing it from regrowing on that surface. We gently apply this solution to the exterior surface of your home and thoroughly rinse the solution off, leaving your home sparkling clean.

House Pressure Washing Cost

The price our house washing services depends on the size of the house if the entire house needs to be washed. Otherwise, we charge by the area of the house that needs to be washed if it is just a section of the building we are washing. Typically we charge on a flat rate basis but services end up being anywhere around $0.40 per square foot. First, we mix the chemicals into the water while they are mixing together we will pre-wash the surface that needs cleaning with regular cold water. Next, we spray the water mixed with algaecide solution onto the dirty surface and let sit for about 5 minutes so that the solution can soak into the surface and dissolve any algae, pollen, dirt, etc on the surface. Lastly, we'll wash the soap suds off of the house from the top down with fresh water.
